On the 27th of April, 1976, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan launches Umm Al Narr Refinery, which became the first oil refinery in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum and members of the UAE Supreme Council
